Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment experience of hand foot mouth disease in children,especially the effective prevention and treatment of hand foot mouth disease in children can avoid the large scale epidemic and outbreak of hand foot mouth disease.Methods Survey the number of children with hand foot mouth disease in Liangshan from January 2011 to October 2016.A case report was used to design a case questionnaire to collect the number of patients,the number of critically ill children,and the number of deaths.Results In 2014,the number of patients,the number of critically ill children and deaths increased significantly,with a trend of prevalence.But after effective prevention and control in 2015 and 2016,the number of patients,severe children and deaths decreased significantly.Conclusion As long as the timely and early diagnosis and treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease,we should pay attention to the monitoring of vital signs and the changes of symptoms and signs.To take measures in time to prevent the outbreak of large-scale epidemic and effective prevention.关键词
