25例布鲁菌病患者合并三系减少的回顾性分析
Pancytopenia in Brucellosis:a Retrospective Evaluation of 25 Cases

Abstract
Objective Analysis the characteristics of Pancytopenia in brucellosis in department of infectious disease of Bethune first clinical college of jilin university.Methods The clinical and laboratory characteristics of 25 cases of brucellosis with Pancytopenia followed at thedepartment of infectious disease of Bethune first clinical college of jilin university,were retrospectivelyevaluated.The two groups were compared by The Mann-Whitney U test.Results The ages of the 25 patients ranged from 12 to 54 years.All of the patients were diagnosed by brucellosis guidelines in 2012.Among the 25 patients,fever is the most common symptoms,20 patients(80%).bleeding symptoms in 3 patients,first patient had complaints of epistaxis symptoms;other patient had complaints of ecchymosis,gum bleeding and melena,symptoms.count the most abvious change of blood routine of all patients and analysis blood picture change curve,In 25 patients,21 patients′ blood platelet(every 3 days to review)was decreased first,white blood cells and red blood cell decreased gradually,at the same time conventional coagulation in 25 patientswere observed,8 patients with coagulation abnormalities,including 4 cases of TT patients with prolonged,PT was prolonged in 5 patients and APTT in 2 patients is abnorma.l All patients were treated according to the recommendations of WHO,After anti brucellos treatment,platelet is the first rapid recovery,white blood cells and red blood cells to maintain a long time at a low level,after observation of 25 patients,patients with blood routine change after anti brucellos treatment after 10-30 days of blood were returned to normal.No significant difference in abnormal blood group and normal blood group compared in age,duration,maximum temperature,thermal annealing time,C reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,but the compared in alteration of liver function have statistical significance,patients with liver injury and three series decreased heavy(P<0.05).Conclusion there are often brucellosis with Pancytopenia,The mechanism has not yet entirely clear,except for the presence of fever,fatigue,sweating,joint pain and other symptoms,there are symptoms of hemorrhage,this paper recorded 3 cases of patients with nasal bleeding,epistaxis ecchymosis,gum bleeding and melena,symptoms.after a short time anti brucellos treatment and support treatment,patients′ blood change can restore normal.关键词
