Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops on symptom improvement in patients with dry eye.Methods 90 cases of dry eye patients were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from March 2014 to March 2016,divided into two groups by random number table,the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone,while the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed,and the basal tear secretion test(Schirme Ⅰ),tear film break-up time(BUT),SAI and SRI were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 93.33%(42/45) in the observation group and 80.00%(36/45) in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.265,P=0.012).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Schirme Ⅰ,BUT,SAI,SRI between two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the Schirme Ⅰ,BUT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,SAI and SRI were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops have a significant effect on the symptoms of dry eye patients,can prolong the break-up time,reduce the corneal topography index,corneal epithelial repair.关键词
