Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interventional thrombolysis therapy on cerebral infarction,and to provide theoretical evidence for cerebral infarction.Methods 92 cases with cerebral infarction in Haibin People′s Hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were divided into observation group and control group,each of 46 cases.Control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis,observation group were treated with interventional thrombolysis.The time period of European Stroke Scale (ESS) score and the recanalization of blood vessel rate were compared between the two groups.Results The ESS score of the observation group at 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complete recanalization of blood vessel rate and partial recanalization of blood vessel rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),but not-recanalization of blood vessel rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of interventional thrombolysis therapy on cerebral is remarkable,which can improve neurological function,improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of application.关键词
