Abstract
To meet the needs of rural medical and health services and to deepen the reform of the talent training model for general practitioners at the grassroots level,To train a large number of rural grassroots general practitioner is one of the tasks of the implementation of the national excellent doctor education and training program.As the first national excellent doctor education pilot training in Colleges,around the goals,make clear the orientation of talent training,reform deepening the rural order directional free undergraduate medical education,research on the construction of the medical talent training mode to meet the health service demand of rural grassroots,to train qualified general practitioner.关键词
