Abstract
Objective Analysed the labor cost and health manage effect of hypertensive patients contracted by family doctors.Methods Selected the hypertensive patients who contracted by family doctors or public health professionals in west Tianmu road community clinic from 2012 to 2014.Surveyed the labor cost of outpatient medical care and hypertensive patient health management by family doctor.Calculated the total labor cost of hypertensive patients managed by pulic health professionals.And analysed the cost-effectiveness of hypertension health management model by family doctor and public health professionals.Results The raio of standard management and successful blood pressure control in hypertensive patients contracted by family doctors is higher than pubic health professionals.The average cost of blood pressure control in patients managed by family doctor was 1.06,1.59 and 1.53 yuan,which in patients manage by public health professionals was 28.19,35.34 and 44.57 yuan.The former saved 27.13,33.75 and 43.04 yuan respectively.Conclusion Health management for hypertensive patients contracted by family doctors is a low cost and high efficiency chronic disease management model.关键词
