Application Status of General Practice Medical Health Management to Hypertension Patients in Community
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid growth of morbidity and complications of hypertension in our country at present,hypertension has become one of the most important risk factors of cardiovascular disease in China.Due to the huge demand of prevention and control of hypertension,the prevention is not adequate to merely rely on the hospital outpatient service,more attentions must be paid to strengthen the management of early screening and intervention,and to reform and establish a health care service system.The hypertension intervention of general medicine conception is a new health care service mode,which can play a positive role in improving awareness rates,life style,blood pressure compliance rate and target organ protection.This paper summarizes the current status of general practitioners′team health management in hypertensive patients.关键词
