Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of biofeedback combined with anti anxiety and depression drugs in the treatment of chronic functional constipation(CFC) complicated with anxiety and depression.Methods Sixty patients with CFC combined with anxiety and depression in the 169 Hospital of PLA from August 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into biofeedback + drug group(accepted general treatment and biofeedback combined with Dai Lixin treatment) and simple drug group(receiving general treatment and Dai Lixin treatment),30 cases in each group.The stool condition and anxiety and depression of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results After treatment,the stool in the biofeedback + drug group was better than that in the simple drug group(P=0.001).The stool after treatment of the two groups was better than that before treatment(P<0.001).The total effective rate of anxiety and depression in the biofeedback + drug group was higher than that in the simple drug group(P=0.018).Conclusion Biofeedback combined with anti anxiety and depression drugs can effectively relieve constipation and anxiety and depression symptoms in CFC patients combined with anxiety and depression.关键词
