Abstract
Objective To explore the health check-up youth population prevalence of hypertension and the related factors of high blood pressure.Methods The investigation and analysis of the health physical examination in the first people′s hospital of liangshan area of sichuan province from June to August 2014,related factors related to the condition of youth hypertension and the prevalence of high blood pressure.Results In total,5 350 questionnaires were distributed and 5 256 copies were collected.The effective response rate was 98.24% and the prevalence of hypertension in men was higher than that in women,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Whether different BMI,with or without family history of hypertension,drinking,smoking,stay up late,long time to get to the Internet,less sedentary/exercise,diet high in sugar/fat/sodium hypertension prevalence rate comparison,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of youth hypertension is related to gender,genetics and overweight and lifestyle,and men are the risk factors for hypertension.关键词
