摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the psychological health status of nurses in department of tuberculosis.Methods 60 nurses in Department of Tuberculosis,Nanjing Chest Hospital were selected as trial group,and 60 nurses in Department of Thoracic Medicine,Nanjing Chest Hospital were selected as control group.The SCL-90 was applied and the results were compared with Chinese adult norm.Results Compared with Chinese adult norm,the total score,all factors′ score except psychosis factor in trial group were higher obviously(P<0.05);the total score,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoid and psychotic factor score in trial group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse of department of tuberculosis have more severe mental health problems,particularly in anxiety,terror,hostility and psychoticism,etc.Measures should be taken to the hospital management department,for they provide psychological support and help;should also be regularly for their mental health assessment,to highlight the psychological barrier of corresponding psychological counseling problems and provide individualized psychological support and help.关键词
