Abstract
Objective About Shandong Qufu Normal University Freshmen′s health and medical exception,health care and health education for the University effectively provide the scientific basis.Methods 19283 freshmen statistical analysis of medical data,the school 2013-2015.Results Overall number of exception is15836,the overall detection rate of 82.12%(15836/19283),Medical anomaly detection rate from high and low are myopia 76.89%(14826/19283),cardiovascular disease 3.46%(667/19283),liver and gallbladder diseases 1.06%(204/19283),thyroid nodular masses0.35%(68/19283),other diseases 0.23%(44/19283),pulmonary anomalies 0.14%(27/19283).From 2013 to 2015 abnormal rate of various diseases were myopia 72.91%(4650/6377),76.23%(4932/6470),81.48%(5244/6436),liver and gallbladder 1.24%(79/6377),0.99%(64/6470),0.95%(61/6436),cardiovascular disease 3.14%(200/6377),3.34%(216/6470),3.90%(251/6436),thyroid nodular masses 0.20%(13/6377),0.37%(24/6470),0.28%(18/6436),pulmonary anomalies 0.17%(11/6377),0.14%(9/6470),0.11%(7/6436),other diseases 2.35%(15/6377),0.17%(11/6470),0.28%(18/6436),It can be see the detection rate of myopia,cardiovascular disease,thyroid nodular masses gradually increased.And there was a significant difference.The detection rate of liver and gallbladder diseases,pulmonary anomalies gradually dropped.Detection rate of thyroid nodular masses in men and women respectively was 0.13%(9/6784),0.47%(59/12499),girls than boys(χ2=14.13,P<0.05).Detection rate of others no significant differences in.Conclusion School freshmen health situation is not optimistic,should pay more attention to prevent and control after physical examination.In particular,college health work should focus on control of myopia.关键词
