Abstract
Objective To study the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in breast cancer nursing.Methods Sixty patients with breast cancer treated in Xichang People′s Hospital of Sichuan Province from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.30 cases were treated with routine nursing measures and comprehensive nursing intervention measures to carry out clinical care,compared the two groups of patients with psychological status,quality of life,complications and the patient′s satisfaction with the nursing work.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SAS scores and anxiety scores between the two groups (P> 0.05).After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score were lower in the test group in the control group,the quality of life assessment (QOL) score was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the trial group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the satisfaction rate of nursing patients was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the psychological status of breast cancer patients,improve the quality of life of patients after treatment,and reduce the incidence of complications,it is worth to widely used in clinical practice.关键词
