摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the drug treatment compliance and self-efficacy of community hypertension patients.Methods 185 community patients of Department of General Surgery,Fengtai Community Health Service Center from 2012-2013,the relationship beetwen medication status and compliance of with commuunity hypertension patients were analyzed by questionnare.Results 185 community hypertension patients self-efficacy score 21.5-32.4 points,185 community patients with hypertension,only 34.6% of medication compliance is better,some of the compliance of patients accounted for 40.5%.Self-efficacy of hypertensive patients and treatment compliance of patients with hypertension were positively correlated.There was a positive correlation between total score of self efficacy in patients with hypertension and medication adherence and no drug treatment compliance.Conclusion The medical staff should pay full attention to the self efficacy on treatment compliance continues to promote,and effective use of self-efficacy on treatment compliance promote continuous improvement of the compliance but treatment of hypertension,the occurrence of complications slow.关键词
