Research Progress on the Relationship Between BMP15 Gene and Reproduction Performance of Sheep
摘要
Abstract
To further optimize and promote the reproductive performance of the domestic level on sheep breeding,this paper focus on bone morphogenetic protein 15(BMP15)gene,which is a major gene of reproductive traits in recent research,and combing its research progress,direction and pathway.In this paper,its signal transduction,mechanism,performance of sheep breeding and effect of production research in domestic practice were discussed.Totally,the domestic research of BMP15 gene is not deep enough in the mechanism of action,or in the marker assisted selection of applications filed that needs more research scholars to participate in this work.Meanwhile to provide reference of the research of BMP15 gene and marker assisted selection of domestic sheep.关键词
