CRISPR/Cas9 Genome Editing and Its Effect Factors
摘要
Abstract
The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/Cas9 system is a simple and efficient tool for genome editing.In recent years,it has been widely used in the study of cell and organism.It is the newest and the most efficient genome editing technology.In this review,the principle of CRISPR/Cas9,its application in animal genome modification and the existing problems such as sgRNA production,ssODNs and off-target mutations were summarized,which provides the basis for improving the efficiency of genome editing.关键词
