Genetic Polymorphism of Exon 2 of SLA-DQB Genes in Six Miniature Pig Breeds

Abstract
The exon 2 polymorphism of SLA-DQB gene in Ganzhi Zang pigs(Tibet pigs),Hezuo pigs,Diannan Small-eared pigs,Hebao pigs,Wuzhishan pigs and Bama miniature pigs were studied using PCR-RFLP technique.The results showed that there were five alleles and fourteen RFLP genotypes with restriction enzyme RsaI digestion,polymorphism of the DQB exon 2 was abundant.Its genetic heterozygosity was 0.538～0.729,and polymorphic information content was 0.488～0.728.The results of x2 showed that five alleles ofRsa Ⅰ locus in Ganzhi Zang pigs,Bama pigs and Wuzhishan pigs fit with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.There were three alleles and six RFLP with restriction enzyme Hinf Ⅰ digestion.Its genetic heterozygosity was 0.315～0.524,and polymorphic information content was 0.291～0.461.The locus was moderately polymorphic.The results of x2 showed that 3 alleles of Hinf Ⅰ locus in Ganzhi Zang pigs、Diannan pigs、Bama pigs and Hebao pigs were fit with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The results suggested that there was significant difference in six miniature pigs.关键词
