Abstract
In this paper, the strengthening reclamation technology of the complete reclamation sand from the used green sand containing different resin core sand was researched. The casting process properties of the complete reclamation sand were improved by using the strengthening reclamation. The suitable strengthening reclamation process of the complete reclamation sand from the used green sand containing hot box resin sand or cold box resin sand is as follow: 3 minutes per time of mechanical reclamation and 5 minutes per time of separation of micro-powder. The tensile strength of the hot core box resin sand or cold box resin sand mixed by the strengthening reclamation sand is better than the complete reclamation sand and the new sand.关键词
