铝合金汽车转向器压铸过程的数值模拟与产品组织分析
Numerical Simulation of Automobile Steering Gear with Aluminum Alloy During the Die-Casting Process and Its Analysis on Microstructure

Abstract
Numerical simulation, including the effects of filling time, temperature and volume order on the quality of die-casting respectively, for die-casting filling process of automobile steering gear with ADC12 aluminum alloy was performed with casting simulation software ProCAST. The optimum die-casting technological parameters with pouring temperature of 650℃, mold temperature of 220℃, rapid injection speed of 3.0 m/s and slow injection speed of 0.3 m/s are obtained. It can provide the basis for improving the quality of automobile steering gear. According to the optimum process, the die-casting exhibits good quality in different locations, and no obvious defects including inclusions and cavities.关键词
