摘要

Abstract

A kind of two component self-hardening phosphate binder used in three dimensional printing of casting was synthesized, and its room temperature strength, moisture resistance, collapsibility, curing speed and stability was tested. The results show that this two component self-hardening phosphate binder has the characteristics of high room temperature strength, low viscosity, good moisture resistance and excellent collapsibility, rapid hardening speed and good stability. It is a kind of excellent binder for three dimensional printing.
