基于居住偏好的上海市新城人口吸引策略研究
Population Attraction Strategy of New Towns in Shanghai Based on Residential Preference Behaviors
摘要
Abstract
Population attraction strategy of suburban new towns based on residential preference can be effective.The research surveyshousing choice behaviors and explores residential preferences in Shanghai.The results could be used to build discrete choice model.Based on willingness to pay (WTP) method with discrete choice model,the paper explains the influence of each factor on housing preference.The application of the model,which includes the evaluation of each city circle and new towns in residential attractiveness,could be used to simulate and assess the validity of people attraction strategies.The paper provides a new idea for guiding population spatial distribution from behavioral perspectives.关键词
