主动配电网电压分布评估及其调节策略
Evaluation on Voltage Profile of Active Distributed Network and Control Strategy

Abstract
Considering the complex control system,inferior real-time regulation and high communication pressure caused by the traditional central control method that integrates various controllable elements,a voltage coordination control method is proposed based on multi-agent system.By taking full use of the autonomy and coordination of agents and al-locating the measurement units as few as possible,the voltage profiles of feeders can be obtained. Considering the characteristics of various voltage regulation devices,the priority sequences are determined for distinct voltage abnormi-ties. A regional voltage coordination method is proposed by using step voltage regulator,and the principle of signal mu-tual exclusion is given.The proposed evaluation method and control strategy realize a decentralized voltage control, which can always keep the voltages at different nodes in the safety interval. The effectiveness and validity of the pro-posed voltage regulation strategy are verified by numerical examples .关键词
