Abstract
Objective:To explore the affect of Xiyanping injection combined with terbutaline and budesonide atomization inhalation to inflammatory factors and its efficacy in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:One hundred and forty-eight children with bronchopneumonia in pediatric ward of our hospital for treatment from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected,all children were divided into observation group (74 cases) and control group (74 cases).In the control group,the children were treated with conventional therapy,the observation group on the basis of the control group was given Xiyanping injection combined with terbutaline and budesonide atomization inhalation.The clinical efficacy,the levels of procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage before and after the treatment were analyzed.Results:The clinical efficiency of observation group (95.95％) was significantly higher than the control group (81.08％),there was significant difference (P＜0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,wheezing and lung rale,chest inflammation absorption time,hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,there were significant differences (P＜0.05).Before treatment,the procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage of two groups were higher than the normal value,and the two groups had no significant differences (P＞0.05).After treatment,the value of the inflammatory indexes decreased under the normal value range,and the indexes of the observation group were lower than the control group,there were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Xiyanping injection combined with aerosol inhalation treatment can significantly improve the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia and shorten the time of treatment,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors significantly.关键词
