Abstract

At present,the application of flue gas cooperative management technology in China is short,and the operation and maintenance experiences of ultra-low emission are relatively insufficient.The current ultra-low emission technologies applied in China were reviewed firstly,then,existing problems in the ultra-low emission transformation process and in the actual operation were analyzed systematically and reasonable advices were proposed.At last,the economy of each technology was compared and the future development trend of ultra-low emission technologies was prospected.The results show that,compared with denitrification equipment,the transformation technologies of electric precipitator and desulfurization equipment are more abundant,but they can meet the requirments of emission limits of dust,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides,with the mass concentrations of 5,35,and 50 mg/m3 for them;the problems during the implementation process of the ultra-clean emission mainly contain the selection and installation of technology and equipment,not reaching the expected effect after transformation,the transportation and service life of raw materials,online monitoring,and influence between downstream and upstream equipment;the greater the installed capacity of coal-fired power generation,the lower investment and the more obvious transformation economy,meanwhile,the optimal technical route is low NOx combustion + selective catalytic reduction + low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator/electric precipitator retrofit + single tower integration technology/(desulfurization retrofit + wet precipitator);the future development trend of ultra-low emissions will focus on the development of low-cost ultra-low emission technology,cooperative removal technology,the whole process of ultra-low emission pollution control etc.Through the analysis of the current status and key problems of ultra-low emission for coal-fired power plants in China,the control of air pollutants in coal-fired power plants will be guided and the ultra-low emission technology will be improved.
