Study on chemical constituents from the bulbs of Allium chinense G. Don

Abstract
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the bulbs of Allium chinense G. Don. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatographies on silica gel column, ODS column, Sephadex LH-20 column, preparative HPLC and their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified to be N-p-coumaroyltyramine ( 1 ) , N-p-hydroxy-cis-coumaroyltyramine ( 2 ) , acanthoside D ( 3 ) , β-D-fructopyranose ( 4 ) , methyl-β-D-fructofuranoside ( 5 ) , β-sitosterol ( 6 ) , and daucosterine ( 7) . Conclusion Compounds 3-5 were isolated from A. chinense G. Don for the first time.关键词
