鞘氨醇激酶2(SphK2)基因敲除小鼠繁殖及基因型鉴定
Breeding and genotyping of Shingosine Kinase 2 knockout mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To breed and identify SphK2 gene knock-out mice. Methods SphK2 knockout heterozygous mice were bred and DNA of the offspring mice was extracted. The genotypes of the offspring mice were analyzed by PCR. Results The feeding and breeding of SphK2 heterozygous mice were successful, and the offspring mice were obtained. The genotypes included heterozygous ( SphK2+/-) , homozygous ( SphK2-/-) and wild type ( SphK2+/+) . Conclusion The methods of breeding and genotyping of SphK2 knockout mice have been successful established, which provides an ideal animal model for further study of the biological function of SphK2.关键词
