硬模板法制备聚合物半导体氮化碳
Polymeric Semiconductor Carbon Nitride Prepared from Hard Template
摘要
Abstract
Polymeric graphitic carbon nitride semiconductor (g-C3N4) is a metal-free and visible light driven photocatalyst which has large potentials in solar energy conversion and environmental protection. Its high stability and unique photochemical properties can be used for direct conversion of solar energy into chemical energy and for organic pollutant degradation. Therefore, g-C3N4 has attracted great attention from researchers all over the world. Various techniques and chemical processes have been applied in g-C3N4 structure modification in order to acquire different properties and improve photocatalytic performance. Nanostructured g-C3N4 prepared with hard templates can effectively increase surface area, enhance light capture capacity and promote mass transfer of photoinduced electrons, thus further improve photocatalytic efficiency. Therefore, recent development of carbon nitride prepared with hard template is summarized and the prospects and future research direction of g-C3N4 are given.关键词
