补肾活血方治疗老年肾虚血瘀型原发性高血压患者的疗效及其对血压变异率和生活质量的影响
The efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction for kidney deficiency and blood stagnation-type elderly primary hypertension and its influence on blood pressure variability and life quality of patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction for kidney deficiency and blood stagnation-type elderly primary hypertension and its influence on blood pressure variability and life quality of patients.Methods:99 elderly patients with primary hypertension were randomized into a control group (49 cases) and a treatment group (50 cases).The patients in the control group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets and captopril,and those in the treatment group was treated as the control group with addition of Bushen Huoxue decoction.The blood pressure variability,the clinical efficacy,the quality of life,and the blood rheology were compared between the two groups.Results:The total response rate of treatment group was 94.0％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.6％) (P＜0.05).After treatment,blood pressure variability and plasma viscosity of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,but SF-36 scale scores were remarkably higher (P＜0.01).Conclusion:On the basis of routine western medical treatment,Bushen Huoxue decoction was effective for treating primary hypertension with syndromes of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in elderly patients.It could improve blood pressure variability and patients' quality of life,promote clinical efficacy and reduce blood viscosity.关键词
