摘要

Abstract

In order to achieve the miniaturization,lightweight and high reliability of hydraulic buffer in spring operating mechanism,it should implement optimal design and fatigue life analysis for buffer.In this paper,taking hydro cylinder as the research object,firstly,this study takes advantage of Ansys Workbench to simulate the structural strength of buffer though finite element model (FEM),and optimizes the wall thickness of cylinder by using the professional optimizer Design-Exploration to obtain the optimized design scheme.Then,in order to ensure the fatigue reliability of the optimized cylinder,its fatigue life is analyzed by the nCode DesignLife,which is a specialized software.The fatigue damage position is located and the fatigue life nephogram of this cylinder is obtained.Meanwhile,the optimized cylinder has enough resist fatigue ability which is proved by its fatigue nephogram.This study puts forward an optimized fatigue analysis method for hydraulic buffer in spring operating mechanism,and it can effectively reduce the mass of the buffer and improve the design quality of the product.
