艾滋病肺部感染动物实验研究进展
Advance in Animal Experimental Study on Lung Infection of AIDS
摘要
Abstract
Lung infection of AIDS is the main cause of the death of AIDS patients.AIDS animal experiment is an important tool to study the pathogenesis of AIDS and the anti-AIDS drugs.At present,AIDS animal models are mainly primate animal model and rat model.The modeling methods of animal with lung infection are modeled with trachea,skin lung puncture,atomization inhalation and nasal drop method,etc.However,at present,AIDS experimental study of lung infection is still deficient,which is lacking of modeling evaluation criteria,can not meet the needs of scientific research and hinder the further development of research in lung infection of AIDS.Therefore,the direction of further research is to explore suitable modeling methods and the corresponding evaluation criteria for clinics.关键词
