中药灌肠联合针刺疗法治疗中晚期胃癌合并重症感染临床研究
TCM Enema Combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Middle and Advanced Gastric Cancer with Severe Infection

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of severe gastric cancer complicated with severe infection.Methods:90 cases of advanced gastric cancer with severe infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic method like anti-infective therapy and nutritional support.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema and acupuncture treatment in addition to that of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,gastrointestinal function and general condition of the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 91.11％,which was significantly higher than that (77.78％) of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the white blood cells,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,tumor necrosis factor of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group respectively (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of gastrointestinal function and the general conditions of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group respectively (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine enema combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of advanced gastric cancer with severe infection is significantly effective.关键词
