Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Coix seed oil for injection on immune function and progression-free survival time of post-operation colorectal cancer patients.Methods:118 cases of colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 59 cases in each group of.The control group was given chemotherapy of FOLFOX4 regimen,while the observation group was treated with Coix seed oil for injection by intravenous infusion in addition to that of the control group.There was a total of 6 courses of treatment.Patients were followed up every 2 months after the course of treatment.The progression-free survival time (PFS) and survival rate were observed the quality of life was evaluated.The T lymphocyte subsets,serum immunoglobulin G (IgG),IgA,IgM and carcinoembryonic carcino (CEA),CA125,colon cancer specific antigen-3 (CCSA-3) were detected and the adverse effects were evaluated.Results:The PFS of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group (P ＜0.01).The survival rate of the observation group was 88.14％,and that of the control group was 81.36％.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the serum CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observa tion group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+ was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of serum IgG,IgA and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CEA,CA125 and CCSA-3 were significantly lower than those of the control group and the adverse reactions caused by Chemotherapy was significantly less (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Coix Seed oil for injection and FOLFOX4 in treatment of colorectal cancer patients can prolong the PFS,improve the immune function and quality of life,reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy drugs and reduce the level of tumor markers.关键词
