摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of Shengyang Yiwei Particles on behaviors,the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in rats with chronic fatigue,to evaluate the effects of Shengyang Yiwei Particles on Fatigue and explore its medical mechanism.Methods:Sixty male rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,norciton capsules group,low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group,with 10 rats in each group.The normal group was not modeled,while the other five groups were modeled for 14 d.At the end of the modeling,each group was given the same dose of the drug,with 1 time · d-1 for 14 days.The number of transplants was measured once before modeling and after the last gestation the rats were anesthetized after the last time,and the serum levels of SOD and MDA were measured.Results:(1) The number of cross-sectional movements of the rats in the dose group,the Nuodikang capsule group and the model group were (79.20 ± 7.79),(88.70 ± 6.16) times,(90.40 ± 6.54) (78.88 ± 7.47) times,(45.56 ± 6.29) times,respectively.The number of exercise in the rats of the group was higher than that in the model group (P<0.01).(72.83-±1.76) U · mL-1,(94.30±2.32) U · mL-1,(102.93 ±3.23),respectively,and the levels of SOD in the dose group,norciton capsule group and model group were (6.94 ± 0.18) U · mL-1,(5.57-±0.10) U,respectively,and the levels of U (4.98 ±0.16) U · mL-1,(6.87 ±0.12) U · mL-1 and (8.58-±0.38) U · mL-1,respectively.Compared with the model group (P <0.01).Conclusion:Shengyang Yiwei Particles can significantly increase the level of SOD and decrease the level of MDA (P < 0.01).Conclusion:Shengyang Yiwei Particles has an obvious anti-fatigue effect,which can improve the number of cross-sectional movement and SOD level in serum and decrease the level of MDA in serum,which may be one of the mechanisms of its anti-fatigue effect.
