中医药治疗急性缺血性中风用药规律分析
TCM Medication Rule in Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the TCM medication rule in treatment of Acute ischemic stroke.Methods:by using key words,da tabases of Tongfang,Wanfang and Weipu during 1996 to 2016 were searched.184 articles were selected and were input into software excel 2016 to establish a database.The TCM medication rule was analyzed by SPSS statistical software,including the frequency of the drugs being used,drug's category,efficacy,character,taste,channel tropism,syndrome as well as the therapeutic principle and method in medication.Results:In 184 pieces of literature,132 Chinese herbal medicines were used and the total frequency of them was 1760.The traditional Chinese medicine with the use frequency of more than 50 times are Ligusticum,wallichii,Lumbricus,Salvia,Red flower,Red peony,Rhizoma arisaematis,Angelica,Peach seed,Rhubarb,Leeches,Pinellia,Calamus,Astragalus and Gastrodia elata.Among them the top three drugs are medicine functioning in activating blood circulation to dispel stagnation,in extinguishing Wind to stop spasm as well as in reliving the deficiency of human body.The main properties of the drugs are being warm,cold or mild,the using frequency of which being 96.9％.The main characters of the drugs are being bitter,sweet or acid,the using frequency of which being 88 ％.The main channel tropisms of the drugs are Liver,Heart,Spleen and Lung,with the using frequency being 97.8％.The first three types of syndromes are the mutual resistance syndrome,Qi and Blood stasis syndrome and Wind Phlegm Stasis syndrome.Conclusion:In treatment of Acute ischemic stroke,the main treating methods are dispelling Phlegm and Stasis,tonifying Qi to activate Blood and dispel Stasis as well as dispelling Wind and Phlegm to dredge collaterals.By following the principle of treating for Phlegm and Blood stasis proper drug are usually used accordingly.关键词
