通络熄风汤治疗急性期缺血性脑卒中临床研究术
Clinical Study of Tongluo Xifeng Decoction in Treatment of Cerebral Ischemic Stroke in Acute Stage

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effacacy of Tongluo Xifeng Decoction in treatment of Cerebral ischemic stroke in acute stage.Methods:Ninty-two cases with cerebral ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group (46 cases) and observation group (46 cases).The control group was treated with routine west medicine.The observation group took Tongluo Xifeng Decoction in addition.After treatment,the Fugl Meyer Motor Scale (FMMS) was used to evaluate the patient's limb motor function,and the modified edinberg-scandinavian stroke scale (MESSS) was applied to evaluate the degree of the neurological deficit.The serum levels of ischemic modified protein and fatty acid binding protein were measured to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the FMMS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the MESSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.01).The effective rate of the observation group was 86.96％,which was significantly higher than that (67.39％) of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum ischemic protein and fatty acid binding protein of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Tongluo Xifeng Decoction can significantly inhibit the levels of ischemic modified protein and fatty acid binding protein in serum of patients with Cerebral ischemic stroke in acute stage and improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical curative effect is remarkable.关键词
