健肝软坚丸治疗肝纤维化临床研究
Clinical Study of Jiangan Ruanjian Pill in Treatment of Hepatic Fibrosis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiangan Ruanjian Pill in treatment of Hepatic fibrosis.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with Hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into treatment group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases).On the basis of general treatment,the two groups were treated with Jiangan Ranjian Pill and Dahuang Zhechong Pill.The changes of liver function,liver fibrosis,the shapes of liver and spleen were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated.Results:The changes of liver function,liver fibrosis and liver and the shapes of spleen were significantly different between the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.11％,which was significantly different from that (79.41％) of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Jiangan Ruanjian Pill is effective in treatment of Hepatic fibrosis,which can improve the liver function and the four Hepatic fibrosis indexes in patients with liver fibrosis and has a good anti-Hepatic fibrosis effect.关键词
