中药外用联合解毒消疣方治疗尖锐湿疣临床研究
Clinical Study of TCM External Use Combined with Jiedu Xiaoyou Prescription in Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Paiteling (Trane) combined with Jiedu Xiaoyou Prescription in treating for condyloma acuminatum.Methods:90 patients with condyloma acuminata were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Paiteling (Trane) combined with Jiedu Xiaoyou Prescription,while the control group was treated with Paiteling (Trane).The changes of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood of the two groups of patients were compared.The adverse reactions were observed.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences of which were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with the differences being statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The level of CD8+ in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Paiteling (Trane) combined with Jiedu Xiaoyou Prescription in treatment of condyloma acuminatum is remarkable,with high cure rate,low recurrence rate and adequate safety.关键词
