项五针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究
Clinical Study on Five-neck Needle Treatment of Vertebral-artery Type Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Five-neck needle therapy in treatment of vertebral artery type Cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 71 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into Five-neck needle group (n =37) and control group (n =34).The observation group was treated with Five-neck needle therapy and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture in acupoints.The evaluation scale for cervical vertigo (ESCV) before treatment,5 times treatment and 10 times after treatment was applied to make the efficacy evaluation.Results:The ESCV scores of the two groups after 5 times treatment were statistically different from that before treatment (P ＜ 0.01,P ＜ 0.05).The ESCV scores of the both groups after 10 times treatment were statistically different from that before treatment(P ＜ 0.01).There were significant differences between the ESCV scores of the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The cure rate of the Five-neck needle group was 54.0％,which was better than that (23.5 ％) of the conventional acupuncture group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The five-neck needle therapy is significantly better than the conventional acupuncture group in treatment of vertebral artery type Cervical spondylosis,with the characteristics of being effective,high cure rate and no adverse reactions.关键词
