高尺寸精度深水钻井隔水管用直缝埋弧焊管性能研究

Abstract
In order to adapt to the strict requirements of inclement deep sea service condition and complex operation factors on deep-water drilling riser mechanical properties and appearance of dimensional accuracy,it developed X80 grade Φ 533.4 mm ×25.4 mm deep-water drilling riser longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe,and in accordance with the relevant standards requirements conducted detection for the mechanical properties of trial-manufactured steel pipe and appearance geometric dimensions.Test results showed that the trial-manufactured steel pipe not only possesses the characteristics of high strength,strong low temperature toughness,low hardness etc.,but also the pipe diameter,ovality,wall thickness,straightness,and appearance geometric dimensions all be strictly controlled.The mechanical properties of steel pipe and dimensional accuracy reached development goal requirement.关键词
