摘要

Abstract

In order to design and optimize the parameters of ultrasonic inner inspection,the application of ultrasonic phased array in the detection of concave structure was described from the aspects of inspection principle,focal law and process parameters.Based on CIVA simulation,the parameters and detection technology of convex phase phased array device installed inside the pipe were studied,and the ultrasound field characteristics in the pipe were simulated with defects characteristics of welds,circumferential cutting grooves,lateral hole and so on were simulated.Furthermore,the ultrasound propagation in water and dynamic element window were optimized by using the obtained simulation data.Thus,the phased array detection device was fabricated with the reference of the characteristics above.The experiments on the testing pipe were conducted and the rationality of the design parameters was verified,as well as the feasibility of designing device with the assistance of CIVA simulation.
