Discussion of Zhang Zhongjing's Yang-Warming Method
摘要
Abstract
Whether it is exogenous contraction,internal injury,relatively deficient healthy qi or relatively excess pathogenic factor,the main reflection of a disease in a human body is the functional disorder.The ultimate objective of treatment is to restore the impaired function.The concept of yang-warming method by Zhongjing is more extensive than that of warming method,different from the simple methods of warming the middle energizer and dispelling cold,rescuing from collapse by restoring yang,warming the meridians and dispelling cold.Zhongjing's yang-warming method mainly illustrate the method of warming to restore the corresponding functions of yang qi.Due to the integrality,consistency of the disease,many syndromes reflects multiple functional disorder of yang qi.Syndrome of yang depletion mainly manifests as kidney yang decline,non-consolidation of body fluid,cold coagulating the meridians.In the treatment,the feature of yang qi collapse should be grasped and method of rescuing from collapse by restoring yang should be applied to achieve the effect of "different diseases treated with same method".During the consideration of interdependent and mutually promoting of yin and yang and restoration of yang qi,yin fluid should also be considered.Flexible treatment should be applied to "observe the meridian syndrome,identify the collapse and conduct treatment according to the syndrome".For instance,excessive yin refusing yang,heat in the upper and cold in the lower,simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat should be treated with cooling method to regulate qi movement and restore the function.关键词
