Theory and Practice of "Deficient-Fire Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment"

Abstract
Any deficiency of yin,yang,qi or blood may lead to deficient-fire deficiency.Even though ancient and modern doctors expound from the deficiency of one aspect,they all introduce the concept of deficient fire and hold that the latent ministerial fire ascending recklessly for certain reasons and form fire manifestation due to deficient fire.Director Wang Zuoshun takes descending as the main method in clinical treatment,and add Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis) with bitter taste for blood deficiency and yin deficiency to reduce,purge and clear fire;for primordial qi deficiency and yang deficiency,primordial qi and yang qi should be tonified to descend the ministerial fire and cause deficient fire disappear.However,in the treatment of deficient fire syndrome,the pseudo-or true cold or heat should be identified for correct treatment.Theories of different schools in the treatment of deficient-fire deficiency have different approaches but equally satisfactory results,which should develop to help effectively differentiate and treat modern diseases.关键词
