摘要
Abstract
The former explanation of " Dian" as mania was improper,but it should be epilepsy,while " Kuang" means manic depressive psychosis.Because of the medical context in the period of the completion of Classic of Difficulties," Kuang" does not simply means restlessness,frenzy,climbing over the wall and streaking;it generally refers to the disease or phenomenon of mental disorder." Overabundant yang leads to manic depressive psychosis;overabundant yin leads to epilepsy",with the pulse manifestation,donates most pathological state of manic depressive psychosis and epilepsy.The author of this paper applies this theory to guide the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of manic depressive psychosis and epilepsy,which has achieved satisfactory effects.Therefore,correct understanding of this classic saying is important for better research on as well as treatment of neuropsychic diseases with Chinese medicine.关键词
