《四圣心源》论治咳喘病
Treatment of Couth and Asthma in Teachings of Four Sages
摘要
Abstract
Huang Yuanyu holds that the attack of cough and asthma is due to the lung and stomach and failure of descent of lung and stomach qi is the key pathogenesis.Reinforcing the middle qi,descending the lung qi is the most basic method for treating cough and asthma.Huang Yuanyu stressed the method of warming yang and supplementing earth."Purging water and supplementing fire and inhibiting yin and strengthening yang to make the middle qi flow in a rotate way and restore the lucid and turbid".He advocates warming the middle energizer and tonifying earth with methods of warming yang and drying dampness,avoiding cooling and moistening.For internal injury and miscellaneous diseases,the methods include warming the middle energizer and strengthening the spleen,harmonizing the stomach and descending the reverse flow of qi,dispersing the liver and regulating qi with herbs of Fuling (Poria),Gancao (Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae),Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae),Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba),Guizhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi),Renshen (Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng),Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis) and Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis) to regulate the spleen and stomach and maintain harmony between yin and yang.关键词
