曾升海治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎经验
Zeng Sheng-hai's Experience of Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Professor Zeng Sheng-hai thinks that early chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is due to weakness of spleen and stomach is the key to the pathogenesis of the disease,the weakness of the spleen and stomach is the internal cause of the disease.He divides CAG into the following 5 types:syndrome of weakness of spleen and stomach,syndrome of incoordination between the liver and the stomach,syndrome of insufficient stomach yin,syndrome of qi sluggishness and damp retention,and syndrome of pathogenic damp in middle energizer.The features of his treatment based on syndrome differentiation are as follows:Major regulating qi supplemented by clearing heat,focusing on removing blood stasis;Mild prescription with many types but without disorder,paying attention to proper modification;Reading sb's face,treatment chosen according to the variability of an individual,and paying attention to nursing.关键词
