医用臭氧联合中药治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎50例
Fifty Cases with Chronic Hepatitis B Treated with Medical Ozone Combined with Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of medical ozone eomhined with Chinese medicine on chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Totally 113 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in this hospital between August 2013 and June 2014 were selected.Thirteen cases were excluded in this research and seven cases with alcoholic hepatitis and six cases with decompensated liver cirrhosis were added.Then the totally 100 cases were randomized into control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group.Control group were given simple western medicine treatment while treatment group were given medical ozone combined with Chinese medicine.Results:The differences of the symptom scores between the two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).The clinical effects of treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT and HBV-DNA after 24 weeks of follow-up in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Medical ozone combined with Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effects on chronic hepatitis B.关键词
