近十年穴位埋线治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病研究进展
Research Progress of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Treated by Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Recent Ten Years
摘要
Abstract
The increase of the morbidity of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is closely related with obesity.Among the clinical researches on NAFLD,most are the intervention treatment by acupoint catgut embedding and it is inadequate in the efficacy evaluation.In most researches,symptom scores,blood lipid and index of BMI were taken as the evidence of therapeutic effects.There were two articles took B-mode ultrasonic test as the auxiliary effect evidence,one article involving the changes of liver enzyme indicator and zero article involving radiology evaluation as auxiliary evidence.Acupoint catgut embedding has certain effects on regulating blood lipid,leptin and endothelium derived relaxing factor,which can improve the body mass and distribution of fat in human body.However,the objective indicators evaluation,design of randomized controlled trial and simple fatty liver-related indicators need further improvement.关键词
