消溃愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡临床研究
Clinical Research on Peptic Ulcer Treated with Ucler(Eliminating Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Ucler-Eliminating Decoction on peptic ulcer (PU).Methods:Totally 46 patients with PU were randomized into treatment group and control group,23 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while treatment group were additionally given Ucler-Eliminating Decoction.The clinical effects and the negative conversion ratios of Hp in both groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 95.65％ in treatment group and 82.61％ in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The Hp negative conversion ratio in control group was and in treatment group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conlcusion:Ucler-Eliminating Decoction has satisfactory therapeutic effects on PU,which can improve the clinical effects of the patients.关键词
