益气养阴、化瘀通络法治疗原发性IgA肾病临床研究
Clinical Research on Primary IgA Nephropathy Treated by Benefiting Qi and Nourishing Yin, Resolving Blood Stasis and Dredging Collaterals

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the method of benefiting qi and nourishing yin,resolving blood stasis and dredging collaterals on primary IgA nephropathy.Methods:Totally 60 patients with primary IgA nephropathy were randomized into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.Control group were given Benazepril while treatment group were treated by benefiting qi and nourishing yin,resolving blood stasis and dredging collaterals.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 86.67％ in treatment group and 56.67％ in control group:the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The URBC and UPR of 24 h in both groups decreased after treatment,and treatment group were lower than control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:In treating primary IgA nephropathy,the method of benefiting qi and nourishing yin,resolving blood stasis and dredging collaterals can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce PRO and URBC and protect kidney function.关键词
