芪榔合剂治疗气阴两虚型慢性功能性便秘30例
Thirty Cases with Chronic Functional Constipation Due to Qi and Yin Deficiency Treated with Qilang Mixture

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Qilang Mixture on chronic functional constipation (CFC) due to qi and yin deficiency.Methods:Totally 60 patients with CFC due to qi and yin deficiency treated in this hospital between January,2012 and December,2013 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Observation group were given Qilang Mixture while control group were given Maren Capsules for the treatment.Results:In obsetvation group,there were 18 cases were cured,10 cases with therapeutic effects and 2 cases without effects;the effective rate was 93.33％.In control group,there were 10 cases were cured,10 cases with therapeutic effects and 10 cases without effects;the effective rate was 66.67％.Observation group were better than control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no adverse reaction in control group.However,in observation,there was 1 case with dry mouth,1 case with gastrointestinal distension,2 cases with cold limbs.For adverse reaction,the difference had no statistical significance(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Qilang Mixture has remarkable therapeutic effects on CFC due to qi and yin deficiency.关键词
