中西医结合对小儿厌食症患者血清β-EP、Leptin水平的影响
Influence of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on the Levels of β-EP and Leptin in Pedicatric Anorexia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on pediatric anorexia due to qi deficiency of the spleen and stomach and its influence on the levels of Beta-endorphin (β-EP) and Leptin.Methods:Totally 96 children with anorexia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group.All cases of control group received Polyzyme Tablets while treatment group were additionally given with Spleen-Strengthening and Digestion-Promoting Decoction.The clinical effects of both groups were observed.The body mass,BMI and changes of TCM symptom scores between the two groups were compared.The levels of β-EP and Leptin were detected in two groups.Results:The effective rate was 83.33％ in control group and 97.92％ in treatment group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The TCM symptom scores in both groups declined after treatment,and treatment group were lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).The level of β-EP increased while that of Leptin decreased after treatment.The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and western medicine has significant therapeutic effects on pediatric anorexia due to qi deficiency of the spleen and stomach,which can improvethe clinical symptoms and lower the Revels of β-EP and Leptin in the serum.关键词
